Owner was great, delivery was on time and price was not bad. My only suggestion is to schedule the pick up dates in advance so customers are aware when the dumpster will be removed. This will decrease incoming calls of pick up dates and times.

After spending all day on the phone and online trying to find a dumpster that would fit our needs, we ordered from Bin There Dump That. Not only did the catchy name get my attention online, the customer service that I received was far above any other company I had contacted. The dumpster rental was reasonable, delivered promptly and put in the exact spot we wanted, picked up quickly after we notified them we were done. This dumpster was also cleaned well and was not an embarrassment to have on our property. I highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Had to take a minute to share the joy! It was a lucky strike for me when I was attracted by BTDT web site. My construction site was getting out of hand, production was grinding to a halt, I had to do something about the garbage, super clean, super service(same day) and super nice people. I'm in a condo community so everybody is watching and I didn't want to be a sore thumb, everyone is on holiday, Patrick delivered, laid wood down to protect the asphalt and when I was done, I called at 1 pm and the dumpster was gone by 4pm, cleaned up, swept up, not a sign, all the best Clare and Patrick, you deserve all the success, you earned it. I'll be remembering your company.

We just recently heard of your company in the Sarasota area and used your dumpster rental service for the first time. We were truly impressed with your services from our initial phone call to the very end when your driver cam and picked up the dumpster after we were finished getting rid of our junk. Your driver even swept up some of the debris left in our driveway. You guys are awesome!
